Order Process:
- Choose size, quantity & upload your HD file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD) and place the order.
- We will email a mockup for your approval. Once you approve, the production will start.
- To see a preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements.

- Customization - Emboss + Print: Get your logo/design embossed + printed with any personalised message (1 or both sides with any colour or multiple colours)
- Customization - Emboss + Print + Foil: You can also choose to add foil printing with emboss & printing options.
- Foil colour options: Gold, Silver, Brass, Blue, Black & Green
- Supr Size: Custom thank you cards come in 1 shape & size – 80 x 110 mm Rectangle without rounded edges. No other shape can be done. Smaller sizes are available, but not larger ones. For larger sizes, please explore our standard custom card options.
- Supr Texture & Thickness: Egg Shell texture paper with a thickness of 600 GSM.
- Supr Material: Custom eco-friendly cards are Eco-friendly, FSC Certified, Acid-Free, non-coated, Recycled paper with water-based ink.

- Recommended font size for embossing: 2mm & above(Bolder fonts recommended for better outcome.)
- Online customization: Not available. (Upload your design and place the order. After the order, our team will email the mock-up for approval. You can request editing as per your choice based on the product. Without approval, production will not start.)
- Embossing & Printing Colour Disclaimer: The embossing & printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.

How to Compost
Remove all the stickers and labels from the Custom thank you cards, cut it into small pieces and put it in a Home Compost Bin (since the paper is naturally compostable, you can compost in your Home Compost bin) or Recycle Bin.
Material
Eco-friendly cards are made of FSC Certified, Acid-Free & Recycled Paper.
Printing color
Compostable custom cards use water Based printing inks for Customizations.
Note: Foil printing isn't eco-friendly. Kindly, consider this before purchase.
- Custom thank you cards will be delivered with in 2 Weeks (for emboss + print) & 3 Weeks (for meboss + print + foil) in total (production & delivery).
- 2 Weeks & 3 Weeks will be counted from the next business day of the mock-up approval over email.
