What is the delivery time?

    It will take 15 or 30 business days (inc. production + delivery) depending on the lead time you had chosen. If you are looking for faster lead time, we may be able to deliver within 10-14 days at additional cost. Kindly connect with us on live chat or email us your requirements at hello@suprpack.com.au

    Double side/colour printing?

    We may be able to print on the back side or 2 colour printing of compostable mailers at an additional cost. Kindly email us your design and colour codes at hello@suprpack.com.au and the team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

    Can I get a sample of my own design?

    Yes. You can go for a sample pack of 10 custom mailers to try before buying a bulk quantity.

    Can my design be printed more than the defined frame and different colour?

    Yes but totally depends on the design & colour. You can chat with us live on the chat app and share your design with us and our team can assist you right away or email us your design and colour codes at hello@suprpack.com.au and the team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

    The mailer size is not available, can you introduce a new size?

    We regret the inconvenience caused, but introducing a new size will require a bigger MOQ. If you can invest and use a 10k quantity in a year, we can give you Supr pricing and manage end-to-end procedures (Production + Logistics).   1. What is the shelf life of Supr Pack's mailers?
  2. The shelf life of the shipping mailer bags are approximately 12 months if kept in Sealed packaging, Cool environment, Dry place & away from sunlight. As a manufacturer, the team is working hard on new technologies to increase the shelf life in future. Stay tuned for good news.

  3. How much time will it take to degrade in a commercial/industrial compost facility?
  4. It takes approximately 90-120 days for the Mailers to decompose completely which is also largely based on oxygen & temperature conditions. 

  5. Supr Pack Mailers biodegrade in a landfill?
  6. Properly sourced & engineered compostable materials provide a Short Carbon Cycle solution. No matter what happens to it, it will degrade back into the environment where it came from, therefore ‘Zero Long Cycle Carbon’, which is Supr Pack’s commitment & goal.

  7. What is composting, and what are the benefits of composting?
  8. Composting is a natural breakdown of material into rich soil. Composting organic waste (yard trimmings, food waste, etc.) helps divert organic waste from landfills. When added back to land projects, compost promotes healthy plant growth, improves soil moisture retention, amends sandy/clay soils, and improves crop nutrient content.

  9. Why is a composting logo mandatory?
  10. The composting logo is designed to address the confusion that has existed between truly compostable materials and oxo-degradable plastics by building credibility and recognition for products that meet the ASTM D6400 /En13432/AS 4736 Standards among consumers, composters, regulators, and others. It is designed to be easily recognizable and able to be placed on the actual product and packaging and sales literature. 

  11. How to correctly store compostable Mailers?
  12. Store your Compostable Mailers & Satchels in a cool, dark and dry place to ensure their strength retains for a longer period of time.



  13. What kind of printing colors are used for customisation?
  14. All Supr Pack customisations use soy based inks for printing. 

     

  15. How many days till it goes back to the environment.
  16. Supr Pack’s Tissue being Eco-Friendly and compostable take anywhere between 90 to 120 days to get back to earth.
