What is a stock product?
Stock Products are those that don't receive any additional customization, like printing, size, or color changes. They have already been produced and are prepared for delivery.
What is a Custom Product?
Custom products are those that can have the customer's design or colors printed on them as desired.
Shipping Information of Stock Products:
Dispatch time:
- Same Day Dispatch on all stock/plain products if order is received before 1.45 pm - GMT +11 (Mon-Fri or any working day) unless there is a lockdown or holiday. If we receive the order after the cut-off mentioned above, the order will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email & SMS (if subscribed) with the tracking number & delivery partner website link to track the delivery.
Delivery charges & timing:
- All standard deliveries are free for all the stock products in Australia (no order amount limit). If you are ordering from outside Australia, kindly visit our global Store here
- Standard delivery timings are as per AustPost timing: 2-8 business days
- Express delivery charges are extra and prices are shown at the time of checkout
- Express delivery timings are as per AustPost timing: 1-3 business days
Once we fulfil the order, you will receive a notification via email or SMS or both (if subscribed) with a tracking link. Sometimes email may go into the junk/spam folder as per your mail settings & sometimes S will not go as per DND compliance.

Shipping Information of Custom Products:
Dispatch time:
- It will take up to 7-10 days to dispatch the order as custom orders are produced based on the requirement & production takes time due to design approval, editing etc.
- Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email & SMS (if subscribed) with tracking number & delivery partner website link to track the delivery.
Delivery charges & timing:
- All standard deliveries are free for all the custom products in Australia (no order amount limit). If you are ordering from outside Australia, kindly visit our global Store here
- Standard delivery timings are as per international delivery time is: 10 business days
- Express delivery is not available on custom products. If you are still looking for faster delivery, we may be able to entertain your requirement based on the product & express delivery charges & timing will be shared at the time of quotation by one of the contact procedures you followed to contact us.
Import duties for custom orders:
- There are no additional charges for the custom orders. The prices shown for the custom products a inclusive of production, duties, material, GST & shipping.
