Supr Pack's Shipping Policy
All you Need to know about Supr Pack's Shipping Policy! We have two different policies based on the products - Stock & Custom products.
What is a stock product?
Stock Products are those that don't receive any additional customization, like printing, size, or color changes. They have already been produced and are prepared for delivery.
What is a Custom Product?
Custom products are those that can have the customer's design or colours printed on them as desired.
Shipping Information of Stock Products:
Dispatch time:
- Next Day Dispatch on all stock/plain products (Mon-Fri or any working day) unless there is a lockdown or holiday.
- Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email & SMS (if subscribed) with tracking number & delivery partner website link to track the delivery.
- Stock Mailers come with 3 lead times.
- Mailer quantities up to 2000 will be delivered in 2-8 working days.
- You can choose express shipping (1-4 working days) for quantities up to 2000.
- Mailer quantities above 5000 will be delivered in 7-8 weeks only.
Delivery charges & timing:
- All standard deliveries are free for all the stock products in Australia (no order amount limit). If you are ordering from outside Australia, kindly visit our global Store here
- Standard delivery timings are as per AustPost timing: 2-8 business days
- Express delivery charges are extra and prices are shown at the time of checkout
- Express delivery timings are as per AustPost timing: 1-3 business days
Once we fulfil the order, you will receive a notification via email, SMS or both (if subscribed) with a tracking link. Sometimes email may go into the junk/spam folder as per your mail settings & sometimes SMS will not go as per DND compliance.

Shipping Information of Custom Products:
Dispatch & Delivery time:
- Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email & SMS (if subscribed) with tracking number & delivery partner website link to track the delivery.
- Depending on the product and quantity you choose, the dispatch time will be 7-30 days.
- We have 4 different lead times (including production and delivery) depending on the product and quantity.
- 2 Weeks
- 3 Weeks
- 14-16 days
- 3-4 weeks
- 7-8 weeks
- The lead time for each product is indicated on every product page.
- Lead time starts from the day of mockup confirmation. Our design team send mock-up of all custom products via email after the order.
Delivery charges:
- All standard deliveries are free for all the custom products in Australia (no order amount limit). If you are ordering from outside Australia, kindly visit our global Store here
- Express delivery is available on custom products on a case-case basis. If you are looking for faster delivery, we may be able to fulfil your requirement based on the product & express delivery charges & timing will be shared at the time of quotation by one of the contact procedures you followed to contact us.

What happens if your order is not delivered as per lead time?
Supr Pack's team is working hard to produce & dispatch the product on time and make sure it is delivered on time. But after dispatching the order, we do not have any control if it is delayed by the logistic provider or delayed due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen events, or remote shipping locations and there will no refund/compensation issued by Supr Pack. If it is delayed by Supr Pack (production issue), this will be informed to the customer via email and a mutual decision will taken on a case to case basis.
