What colours are available for custom compostable mailers?
Custom mailers are available in Black, Pink, and Warm Grey, with the same core specifications across the three colours.
Can I print my logo or design on the mailers?
Yes. Custom mailers can be printed with logos, text, patterns, or other artwork in one standard print colour.
Can I print in two colours?
Custom Mailers support single-colour printing from our 10 standard colors. Two-colour printing is available from an MOQ of 5,000 mailers.
Can I print on the back of the mailer?
Yes. Back-side printing is available at an additional cost.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes include S, S-M, M-L, L, and XL. Availability varies slightly by mailer colour.
Are the mailers waterproof and tear-resistant?
Yes. They are waterproof, durable, and tear-resistant, making them suitable for everyday ecommerce deliveries.
Are the mailers home compostable?
Yes. They are home compostable and commercially compostable, with AS5810 and AS4736 certification.
Can I reuse the mailers?
Yes. Each mailer has two adhesive strips, allowing it to be reused for returns or another delivery.
How long do the mailers last?
The approximate shelf life is 9–12 months when stored properly.

Yes. Custom sizes, mailer colours, and two-sided printing are available from an MOQ of 5,000 mailers.

Yes. We provide free design assistance, including mock-ups, artwork adjustments, design variations, and print preparation.
What is the MOQ for custom mailers?
The standard custom mailers are available from 100 mailers, while fully customised size/colour options start from 5,000 mailers.
How long does production and delivery take?
Total lead time is approximately 3 weeks or 7–8 weeks, depending on the shipping option selected. The timeline starts from the day after mock-up approval.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Standard shipping is free. Express or faster delivery options can be quoted separately.
Where are the mailers made and shipped from?
They are produced at our centralised manufacturing facility in China and shipped directly to customers.
What is the delivery time?
It will take 15 or 30 business days (inc. production + delivery) depending on the lead time you had chosen. Can my design be printed more than the defined frame and different colour?

The mailer size is not available, can you introduce a new size?

The shelf life of the shipping mailer bags are approximately 12 months if kept in Sealed packaging, Cool environment, Dry place & away from sunlight. As a manufacturer, the team is working hard on new technologies to increase the shelf life in future. Stay tuned for good news.
It takes approximately 90-120 days for the Mailers to decompose completely which is also largely based on oxygen & temperature conditions.
Properly sourced & engineered compostable materials provide a Short Carbon Cycle solution. No matter what happens to it, it will degrade back into the environment where it came from, therefore ‘Zero Long Cycle Carbon’, which is Supr Pack’s commitment & goal.
Composting is a natural breakdown of material into rich soil. Composting organic waste (yard trimmings, food waste, etc.) helps divert organic waste from landfills. When added back to land projects, compost promotes healthy plant growth, improves soil moisture retention, amends sandy/clay soils, and improves crop nutrient content.
The composting logo is designed to address the confusion that has existed between truly compostable materials and oxo-degradable plastics by building credibility and recognition for products that meet the ASTM D6400 /En13432/AS 4736 Standards among consumers, composters, regulators, and others. It is designed to be easily recognizable and able to be placed on the actual product and packaging and sales literature.
