How to Order:
1. Choose the size, and quantity & upload your HD file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD) and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

Home Compostable & Recyclable
How to Compost
Remove all the stickers and labels from the Custom Swing Tags and put it in a Home Compost Bin (since the paper is naturally compostable, you can compost in your Home Compost bin) or Recycle Bin.
Material
Eco-friendly Hang Tags are made of FSC Certified, Acid-Free & Recycled Paper.
Printing color
Compostable Tags use Plant/Soy Based printing inks for Customizations.
- Custom Tags will be delivered with in 3-4 Weeks in total (production & delivery).
- 3-4 Weeks will be counted from the date of mock-up approval over email.

Can we customize the hapes and sizes of the Tags?
Custom hangtags and swing tags from Supr Pack can be customized into any shape, size, or design. The hang hole is 1/8" or 3mm in diameter, and you may also choose the location of the drill hole for your hangtags (top left, top right, or top middle).
What are the different finishes for Custom Swing Tags?
Custom Hang Tags come in 2 variants - Kraft Paper & White Paper. The tags can have a slight sheen finish but are mostly matt. We recommend customizing your Kraft Paper Tags in Darker colors like Black, Navy blue, etc so that your design pops out vibrantly.
How are Custom Hangtags Printed
Your Supr Pack Hangtags will be printed using offset and digital printing in CMYK colors, so you can choose however many colors you'd like to use in your tag design. You may even print on both sides, allowing your creativity to go wild & vibrant.
