How to Order:
1. Choose size, quantity & customise online and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

- Front side print with single colour.
- Any kind of logo size, spaces between logos and designs can be done.
- While Customizing, kindly upload a JPEG file only to see the preview.
- In online cutsomization, kindly upload your designs considering a 1mm bleed on either side of the ribbon.
- For custom ribbons, any logo colour can be printed on our 13 standard Ribbon colours. We recommend that you leave a pantone colour code in the customization section else, our team will suggest over the email.
- Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colours may appear somewhat different.
- Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.

Are Custom Ribbons Compostable?
Yes (Industrial compostable)! Supr Pack’s Custom & Stock Ribbons are wood fibre. They use soy-based ink for customisation and color and are skin friendly and anti-bacterial. All these properties make Supr Pack’s Ribbons compost friendly.
How are Supr Custom Ribbons Printed?
Supr Pack doesn’t compromise when it comes to quality, thus, we only choose the best practices in the industry. Custom ribbons are printed with Offset Printing with utmost precision and care to bring the best out of your ribbons packaging.
What are the different sizes and thicknesses available in Custom Ribbons?
You can have your Custom compostable Ribbon in four different sizes/widths:

Our Compostable Ribbon is 0.22mm thick and comes nicely bundled so you can quickly roll it back out without becoming tangled.
How many colors can be printed?
Supr Pack allows its customers to customize their ribbons in 1 color or 2 colors with 13 vibrant background colors to choose from.
