    What are your Kraft mailers made from?

    They are made from 120 GSM FSC-certified, acid-free, recycled Kraft paper.

    Are Kraft paper mailers sustainable?

    Yes. They are naturally compostable and recyclable.

    Are Kraft mailers waterproof?

    No. Kraft paper is not waterproof and can tear with prolonged exposure to moisture. They are suitable for minor spills but not wet
    conditions.

    Are Kraft mailers tear-resistant?

    They are sturdy and durable, but unlike compostable poly mailers, Kraft paper can tear when exposed to prolonged moisture.

    Can I reuse Kraft paper mailers?

    Yes. They have dual adhesive strips, allowing them to be resealed and reused.

    Can I print my logo on Kraft mailers?

    Yes. Your logo or artwork can be printed using water-based non-toxic ink.

    Can I customise the size of the Kraft mailers?

    Yes. Custom sizing is available for orders of 10,000 mailers. Standard sizes currently include XS, S, M, and L.

    How much weight can Kraft mailers hold?

    They can hold up to approximately 5 kg, depending on the mailer size and contents.

    Are Kraft mailers suitable for fragile products?

    No. They are recommended for non-fragile products. For fragile items, we recommend padded mailers.

    Can you help me design my packaging?

    Yes. We provide free design assistance, including mock-ups, artwork adjustments, design variations, and print preparation.

    What is the minimum order quantity?

    Kraft mailers are available from just 5 mailers, with a 5-mailer sample option available.

    How long does production and delivery take?

    Available lead times are approximately 3 weeks by air freight or 7–8 weeks by sea freight, including production and delivery.

    Do you offer wholesale pricing?

    Yes. Wholesale pricing starts from 20,000 units.

    • We recommend using dark colours on custom kraft paper mailers to bring out the visibility of your design & Logo.
    • Back side of the mailer design & printing colour will remain the same as shown in the images.
    • While Customising, kindly upload a JPEG file only to see the preview.
    • Logo colour options are shown at the time of customization.
    • If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hello@suprpack.com.au along with the order number.
    • Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances.Furthermore, due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
    • Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.

    Order Cancellation

    If you have placed an order and the design team has worked on the mock-ups, and you want to cancel the order after the mock-ups were sent. A flat $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
