- Supr Quality: Waterproof, Non-Transparent, Reusable, Sturdy, Premium Matte Finish & Writable. In-house manufacturing ensures guaranteed quality products.
- Supr Certifications: AS5810 Home Compostable, AS4736 Commercially Compostable.
- Recommended Usage: Clothing, Shoes, Stationary & Electronic Items etc. Holds up to 5kg weight (depending on the mailer size).
- Not recommended for fragile items. Check out our Padded Mailers.

- Shelf-life: Up to 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend buying 3-6 months’ quantity.

How to Order:
1. Choose size, quantity & customise online and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

- One side (front of the Mailer), one color only. Backside printing is available at an extra cost. Kindly get in touch with us over here to receive the quotation.
- Back side of the mailer design & printing colour will remain the same as shown in the images.
- While Customising, kindly upload a JPEG file only to see the preview. Logo colour options are shown at the time of customization.
- If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hello@suprpack.com.au along with the order number.
- Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
- Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.
- Order Suggestion: We advise you to buy the first order at the lowest MOQ.

- How to Compost?
Remove all the stickers, labels, Tapes & adhesive strips from the Shipping Mailers & drop them in Home Compost Bin.
- Material
Custom Shipping Mailers are made of 20-30% PLA (cornstarch) & 70-80% PBAT (an entirely compostable Co-Polymer) that is Naturally Compostable.
- Printing Colors
Eco-friendly Shipping Mailers are customized using Soy/Plant-based ink.
- Certifications
AS5810 Home Compostable, AS4736 Commercially Compostable.
- Custom Mailers will be delivered with in 2 Weeks or 7-8 Weeks in total (production & delivery) based on the lead time selected by you at the time of order.
- 2 Weeks or 7-8 Weeks will be counted from the next date of mock-up approval over email.
