How to Order:
1. Choose the size, and quantity & upload your HD file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD) and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

Secure your sustainable packaging using custom water-activated tape with your logo. Custom tape is recyclable, comes with rice-based adhesive & can be customised using water-based ink.

- Printing is available with one colour only.
- Any kind of logo size, spaces between logos and designs can be done.
- Any kind of logo/design/text is printable in 1 color.
- Standard Tape paper colour options - White & Kraft. If you are looking for custom background colours, then the minimum order is of 10 rolls or above.
- Space between 2 logos will depend on your logo size and shape. Connect with us & we can suggest accordingly.
- Kindly upload your designs considering a 0.5mm bleed on either side of the tape.
- In case of a seamless pattern/design kindly upload the design to fit the 35 cm x 5 cm dimension. For example: for a length of 120cm of custom tape, your design will be replicated every 35 cm.
- While Customising, kindly upload a JPEG file only to see the preview.
- Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
- Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.
- Order Suggestion: We advise you to buy the first order at the lowest MOQ.

It is naturally biodegradable and sustainable because of its simple composition, which consists only of paper, water-based ink and water-based adhesive.
With today's modern recycling technologies, this product can be recycled. Before placing it in the recycle bin, please make sure with your local recycling facilities.
