How to Order:
1. Choose size, quantity & customise online and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

- Supr Design: No Supr Pack branding on the front! Thus, customizable with your branding. The back design & colour of the mailer will remain the same.
- Supr Quality: Water Resistant, Durable, Non-Transparent & made from FSC Certified Kraft paper. In-house manufacturing ensures strict quality checks.
- Reusable: Double adhesive strip in White Bubble Mailer eases reusability. Brown Bubble Mailers are currently not reusable because of the single adhesive strip.
- Supr Certifications: Australian certified: AS5810 Home Compostable Certified & AS4736 Commercially Compostable.
- Internationally Certified: American Standard ASTM D6400, European Standard EN13432.

- One side (front of the Mailer), one color only. Backside printing is available at an extra cost. Kindly get in touch with us over here to receive the quotation.
- Back side of the mailer design & printing colour will remain the same as shown in the images.
- While Customising, kindly upload a JPEG file only to see the preview. Logo colour options are shown at the time of customization.
- If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hello@suprpack.com.au along with the order number.
- Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colours may appear somewhat different.
- Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.

- How to Compost
Remove all the stickers, labels & adhesive strips from the Bubble Mailer and put it in your home compost bin.
- Material
The outer layer of the Bubble Mailer is made from FSC Certified, Recycled Paper. The inner layer is made up of 70%-80% PBAT - a Biodegradable Copolymer & 20%-30% PLA Biodegradable Corn-Starch.
- Printing color
Bubble Mailers use Plant/Soy Based ink for customizations.
- Certifications
American Standard ASTM D6400, European Standard EN13432.
- Custom Bubble Mailers will be delivered with in 2 Weeks or 7-8 Weeks in total (production & delivery) based on the lead time selected by you at the time of order.
- 2 Weeks or 7-8 weeks will be counted from the next date of mock-up approval over email.

Supr Pack's Padded Mailers use water-based ink to ensure that they are totally recyclable with other soft plastics!
Can you print on both sides?
Yes, we can print your design on both sides of the Padded Mailers at an additional cost. Get in touch with us.
Can you Print multiple colors on the Bubble Mailers?
Maybe! first, we'll have to take a look at your design. Kindly share your design with us and we'll get back to you.
Can I order a custom color or custom size for the Mailers?
Yes, we can do both of those things. The MOQ will be 2000.
Can you remove the Supr Pack branding from the back of the Bubble Mailers?
Yes, we can. Since a new product will be needed for your design exclusively, the MOQ for the order would be 2000. Contact us for bulk pricing.
What is the inner padding in the Mailer made of?
The inner padded layer is made of 70%-80% PBAT - a Biodegradable Copolymer & 20%-30% PLA Biodegradable Corn-Starch.

Currently, White Paper Padded Mailers come in 2 sizes-
S - 190 x 220mm (7.4 x 8.6") &
M- 265 x 325mm (10.4 x 12.7")
while Kraft Paper Padded Mailer comes in 1 size-
XS - 130 x 200mm (4.7 x 7.2").
