What is your custom tissue paper made of?

Our tissue paper is made from FSC-grade paper (eco-friendly and recyclable) designed for wrapping and packaging use.

How is the tissue paper printed?

We use non-toxic two-colour printing for logos and patterns.

Can I print more than two colours?

No. This product supports 2-colour printing only. Click here to

Can I print my logo in two colours?

Yes. Logos, patterns, text, illustrations, and branding elements can be printed using two separate ink colours.

Can I print a repeating pattern across the entire sheet?

Yes. Most customers choose an all-over repeating logo or pattern design for a premium branded packaging experience.

Can I print full-colour photographs?

No. This product uses spot-colour printing and supports up to 2 print colours. For photographic or full-colour artwork, explore our multi-colour printed tissue paper product.

What is the difference between 1 colour and 2-colour tissue paper?

1-colour tissue paper uses a single ink colour throughout the design. 2-colour tissue paper allows two separate ink colours, making it possible to create more detailed branding and greater visual contrast.

Can I choose any print colours?

Yes. We can print using most Pantone colours, subject to production limitations and artwork suitability.

Will the print show through on the back of the tissue paper?

Slight show-through may occur because tissue paper is naturally 17 GSM lightweight and translucent. This is is the industry standard.

What sizes are available?

We offer custom tissue wrapping paper in two standard sizes:

S - 380 x 500 mm

M - 500 x 750 mm

How thick is the tissue paper?

Acid-free custom tissue paper comes in 1 standard thickness of 17 GSM (translucent). If you are looking for thicker paper, explore this product

What can I use custom tissue paper for?

It is ideal for:

Is it strong enough for packaging?

Yes. It is designed for light wrapping, cushioning, and presentation. It should not be used as structural packaging.

Can I use it for food packaging?

No. It is not certified for direct food contact.

Does 2-colour printing affect recyclability or compostability?

No. The tissue paper remains recyclable and naturally compostable/biodegradable
when printed with our standard water-based inks

Ordering & Production

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ starts with as low as 100 sheets, perfect for even small-businesses looking for custom packaging.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

No. Because to change the design for printing, we need to start the set up from scratch.

Two different designs need to be ordered separately.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. A digital mock-up is provided for approval (before or after the order). The production starts only after you approve the mock-up.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production and delivery typically take 2–3 weeks from the next day of mock-up approval.

Do you offer express production?

  • Logo Repeating Design
  1. We can print logos as small as 25mm. The logos can be stretched to a maximum width of 60mm.
  2. If you wish to adjust the logo size, please note that it won't be customizable during online customization. However, you can place your order and request editing when you receive the confirmation email from our design team.
  3. The background color of the tissue will remain white.
  4. Any kind of logo/text is printable in two colors in the pattern chosen by you at the time of customisation.
  5. The 2 colors in your logo must not overlap/touch each other.
  • Pattern Repeating Design
  1. The pattern will be repeated based on the size of the tissue paper chosen by you.
  2. The tissue color will be White.
  3. Any kind of design, shape, or pattern without restrictions on spaces between designs is printable with any 2 colors.
  • The design here may look pixelated. Our design team will fix the design, email the mock-up for approval and after that production will start.
  • For custom tissue paper, any 2 colours can be printed on white background. We recommend that you leave a pantone colour codes in the customization section else, our team will suggest over the email.
  • If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hello@suprpack.com.au along with order number and team will get back to you with the mock-up.
  • In Custom Tissue Paper, up to 1cm smaller/bigger size of the Tissue Paper is acceptable. Also, the logo/pattern may be cut from the edges. 
  • After the order, our design team will email the mockup for approval. Without approval, production will not start.
  • Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing color of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
  • Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.
  • Order Suggestion: We advise you to buy the first order at the lowest MOQ.

Naturally Home Compostable & Recyclable

How to Compost:

Remove all the stickers and labels from the Tissue wrapping Paper & drop them in a Home Compost Bin (since the paper is naturally compostable, you can compost in your Home Compost bin) or Recycle Bin.

Custom Tissue Paper is made of FSC Certified, Acid-Free & 100% Virgin Pulp Paper.

Printing color:

Branded Tissue Paper use water-based printing inks for Customisations.

How to Order:

1.⁠ ⁠Choose the size, and quantity & upload your HD file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD) and place the order. 

2.⁠ ⁠We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.

Mock-up before Order

To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.

How to Reorder

  1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
  2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
  3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and the design team has worked on the mock-ups, and you want to cancel the order after the mock-ups were sent. A flat $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
