Yes. Our paper packaging tape is plastic-free, naturally compostable/biodegradable, and recyclable. It stays with the box in the recycling stream — no need to peel it off before disposing, unlike plastic tape.

We offer two types of custom paper tape:

• Self-Adhesive Paper Tape
• Water Activated Paper Tape (WAT)

Both can be customised with your branding and are made using paper-based materials.

Self-adhesive tape works like regular tape, no tools needed. Water-activated tape requires moisture to activate the adhesive and creates a tamper-evident bond with the carton.

Reinforced water-activated tape contains cotton-fibre reinforcement within the paper, making it stronger than standard water-activated tape.

Choose self-adhesive tape if you want convenience, colourful branding, and quick application.

Choose water-activated tape if you want a stronger carton sealing & tamper evidence.

Self-adhesive tape & water-activated is suitable for cartons weighing up to 5 -10 kgs
(depending on the width).  Reinforced
water-activated tape can handle heavier cartons of up to 15 kg.

Yes. Reinforced tape provides additional strength and is recommended for heavier cartons and export shipments.

Yes. Once applied, water-activated tape bonds directly with the carton surface. Attempts to remove it typically damage the carton or tape, making tampering more visible.

Yes. Both tape types can withstand minor spills and short-term moisture exposure, but they are not designed for prolonged exposure to water.

Yes. Logos, patterns, text, QR codes, social handles, and custom artwork can all be printed on our tapes.

Self-adhesive tape supports full-colour CMYK printing.

Water-activated tape supports one-colour printing for orders of less than 10 rolls and multi-colour printing for orders above 10 rolls.

Self-adhesive tape can be printed with custom background colours.

Water-activated tape is available in white or kraft paper.

Yes. Self-adhesive tape supports edge-to-edge printing.

We recommend AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, CDR, and PSD files. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted.

Not exactly. Slight colour variations can occur due to differences between digital displays and physical printing, as well as the
natural characteristics of paper materials.

No. If your artwork is designed as a seamless repeating pattern, the repeat point blends smoothly into the next section. There will not be a visible white line, gap, or obvious break where the design repeats.

Yes. Continuous logos, brand patterns, illustrations, shapes, and repeating designs can all be printed seamlessly across the tape roll.

Yes. The spacing between logos and repeat elements can be customised based on your artwork and branding requirements.

Yes. Both tape types are available in small quantities, allowing you to test the design, print quality, and performance before placing a larger order.

Yes. All custom tape orders include free design assistance. We provide digital mock-ups before production and can help adjust artwork, optimise logo spacing, and prepare files for printing.

Yes. A digital mock-up is provided for approval before production begins.

Most custom tape orders are delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks from the next day of mock-up approval.
