1. Multiple designs, shapes & sizes are printable in one sheet with CMYK colors.
2. The designs must fit into the pre-set sheet sizes.
3. Stickers must have a minimum size of 20mm in height or width or both.
4. There should be at least a 5mm gap between each sticker.
5. Allow a 5mm bleed from all corners of the sticker sheet.
6. Full background color on the sheet is also possible.
7. After the order, the Supr Pack's design team will reach out to you with the mockup for approval. Without approval, production will not start
8. Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing color of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
9. Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.
10. Order Suggestion: We advise you to buy the first order at the lowest MOQ.

Compostability: Stickers are made of paper, water-based ink, and non-toxic water-based adhesive, making them naturally compostable.

Recyclable: If the sticker is applied on a recyclable surface like boxes/jars, the entire packaging can still be recycled, depending on the local recycling facility's capabilities.

How to Order: 1.⁠ ⁠Choose the size, and quantity & upload your HD file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD) and place the order.  2.⁠ ⁠We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start. Mock-up before Order To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link. How to Reorder Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email. Order Cancellation If you have placed an order and the design team has worked on the mock-ups, and you want to cancel the order after the mock-ups were sent. A flat $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
